Democrats and Republicans Can Be Differentiated from Their Faces

http://www.plosone.org...

Pretty interesting, I suppose. I'm not sure whether the research methodology is accurate, but it seems legit.

I know they say that people describe those with square jaws as being angry/powerful looking, and that square jaws occur more in those with higher testosterone levels.

Maybe it's a similar kind of thing. Maybe testosterone also makes you more likely to be a Republican.

I didn't read the whole article but I'm highly dubious due to previous attempts...

It says "higher than chance guessing."

Is it also a higher rate than saying "Woman or minority = democrat, white male= republican" would give you?
It came to be at its height. It was commanded to command. It was a capital before its first stone was laid. It was a monument to the spirit of man.

If you bothered reading, you'd know they took Senators' pictures. 59 were GOP, 59 were Dem. All were white. There were 20 women -- 15 Dem, 5 GOP.

Regardless. Study 2 had 30 Dems and 30 GOPers. Dems had 15 women, GOP had 9 women. "All of the targets were Caucasian, similarly dressed, and homogeneous for educational background and age."

I missed the part where it said the rate of correct identification however.
