I don't allign myself with a party, but I usually vote third party or non-incumbant.

Why? Because my views align best with them.
My work here is, finally, done.

Not a US voter, but would definitely be a Democrat. A very, very left-wing Democrat (even though in the UK I'm only really left-of-centre).

Interesting how different political systems work out.

Democrat, because it's the closest to my real views, so far as I have laid them out.

I hold something like libertarian socialism, I think.

Even if I weren't a socialist, I would still be a democrat because I would hold that democrats' policies, for the most part, better address things as they really are, especially concerning taxation and inequality. The current level of inequality, for instance, is bad, it seems to me, regardless of how ideologically egalitarian one is. The inequality is just plain inefficient, even abstracted from moral considerations/ideological considerations.

I can't comment on foreign policy, I don't think I am nearly educated in it enough, but generally I THINK I support Democrat foreign policy the majority of the time.
