The film Cars 2 is actually a piece of liberal propaganda. It depicts oil companies, which in real life helped build our country from the ground up, as evil people who want to blow up stuff and use greenwashing to deter people from so called "eco friendly" solutions.

However, this is exactly what they want your children to think they want them to think that those oil corporations are "bad people who use greenwashing to stop environmentalism" , when in real life oil companies built and maintained our country.

Look at the cars in the film: there is not one single Hummer seen, proving that they want to destroy american values.

The film also features a fake eco friendly oil that the "big corporations" use to blow up people to make environmentalists look bad. It is calling the kettle black as in real life it is the other way around: The environmentalists use smear campaigns and ecoterrorism to make the oil companies look bad.

The fake eco friendly oil is actually a metaphor for how liberals are destroying America: they want to blow up american values and set in place a socialist state.

Really? I'm no big environmentalist, and I will admit that they "built America." However, biofuels, electric cars, and hydrocars have been hidden as much as possible by Big Petrol, because it's a threat to their business model.

How does a lack of a Hummer show a hate of American values. Is a Hummer an American value? Doesn't seem like it, most people can't afford those anyway.

While I will admit that there are some organizations (PETA, Greenpeace) that have engaged in ecoterrorism, most of the criticism from environmentalists is legitimate. Their solutions aren't always that smart, but they are exactly right about the oil companies.

First of all, environmentalism does not imply socialism, nor does liberalism, necessarily. Also, socialism isn't all bad. Look up the Rhine Model or the Nordic Model, or any social democrat party, or, well, at least half the first world is socialist to some extent. They are superior to us in every way except for military and gross economic output. We, as a country, are richer, though 1-5% owns most of the wealth. Per capita, they are richer. Their education and healthcare are fully paid for by taxes, with shorter waiting lists than exist here. Their militaries have been relegated to defense-only, for the most part. Their rich people can't avoid the wealth tax, even if they get out of every other one, as it's a tax on solid assets within the country. Their children are more well-educated, and everyone's healthier. True, the tax rate commonly approaches half a person's income, however there is a net gain because the expenses of college and hospital visits are spread across the whole society, making the individual impact much lighter. Don't diss socialism til you've tried it :)

This movie IS propaganda though. Environmentalist propaganda, not liberal. Not all liberals care about the environment.
