is altruism possible? can we do welfare of all people? if we do welfare of industrialists, the labor class will suffer. if we do welfare of rich, the poor will suffer and vice versa.

Somehow I fail to understand why being altruist with a businessman means being mean with a worker. You can be altruist with both, this means you can hear what they both have to say and try to reach a point in which both feel reasonably comfortable. Of course they will eventually ask for more, but that doesn't mean you were not altruist with both in the first place.

Nope. The propertied class and working class have diametrically opposed class interests. You can reach some kind of compromise, but that will end up disappointing both. Which is why we should just end the class system and the private property that brings it about.
