Single issue voters have a single brain cell?

I would agree, but I also don't think it's that simple.

Some people really are simpletons about it and only care about one issue, and don't even research the rest. There are others, though I believe the minority of single issue voters, who do have a competent understanding of all the issues and have come to the conclusion that one is of so much more importance than the others that it's the only thing that will influence their vote.

I don't agree with that philosophy, but I can understand why some people do it.

I usually disagree with their single issue. But if its a big moral one, I can translate it to one I CAN empathize with. After all, I dont think we'd care much about CloneHitler's economic policies in light of his "exterminate nonwhites" single issue...
