All current illegal immigrates will be reviewed and have a background checks for safety of the American people, if found clear of any illegal activities besides illegally entering the country will be granted a work permanent for 5 years at which their paperwork will be placed into Americanization where said person must in those 5 years be able to speak rough English, understand and support the constitution and all Amendments and their rights if they become American citizen. If failed they will be allowed to apply for work permanent once again, which if revoked will be deported to home country. All children born as American citizens by illegal immigrants will be given the choice to be placed in child services or will be deported until they are of age which they will be recognized as full citizens of United States and allowed to return.

A lottery system will be placed outside the normal immigration restrictions at which a foreign immigrate may apply to become a US citizen. The requirements to place into lottery are, to recite the first 10 Amendments, speak rough- moderate English. If accepted immigrates will be granted temporary citizen status at which will be placed into government provided housing for 5 years in that time period the citizen will be required to secure a job and housing. If not completed in the time frame the citizen status will be changed to immigrate and will be subject to deportation.

Thoughts, opinions, what would you change.

Why would there be a English requirement? There is no requirement that any US citizen know English.

Its respect for the country, like if i'm going to be in Germany or Japan i'll at least learn some of the language so I don't look like a complete azz. More so it would make the immigrants transition easier due to most of the countries population speak English, its not like they need to be fluent just basics, "yes", "no", etc... reason why I called it "rough". I would love to see education require a second language but its only a requirement for some scholarships, while other nations seem to have it as mandatory.
