Well guys, we knew it was coming. Communities throughout the nation have been saying it for years, and finally, the Department of Justice has revealed the truth. Police departments practice systematic discrimination against men.

The statistics are everywhere and horrifying. Despite only making up 49% of the population, men account for 80 percent of arrests! (1). Virtually all victims of police killings are men, and studies show men are much more likely to be fully searched then women. (2) Furthermore, men are much more likely to be the recipient of police force and violence, including tasers, mace, and physical restraint.

It is outrageous that so many in this country refuse to recognize the history of blatant sexism practiced by police forces throughout the country. Simply because men commit a vast majority of crimes, are more likely to be armed, and are much more likely to attack or kill police then women are, doesn't mean that officers have the right to treat men as if they might be dangerous! And just because men are more likely to be involved in gangs and organized crime groups doesn't justify more searches than are conducted for women!

Poll any city in the country, and you will find that men have been pushed around, and treated like they are more of a threat to police and to society then are women, and I still cannot believe the ignorance of so many to deny that this travesty is continuing!

Maybe, just maybe, if we all worked together in peace and harmony, we would come to realize that the men who commit over 80% of violent crimes nationally (3) are not the problem, but that the police are the real culprit.

Hey, you may get the hang of creating good satire eventually. I suggest getting influences from successful satirists. Keep practicing! Try for more effective humor. And make sure to find the right subject matter as fodder.

B+ for effort, though!

Sexism at its worst, American police need to be arresting more women. Men should be able to walk the streets without fear of police harassment.

This also clearly illustrates that police are gender profiling. Women are just as capable of unlawful behavior as men, and should be treated as such.

I find myself intrigued by your subvocal oscillations.
