Also simply having a unique genetic code (even a "human" genetic code) does not entitle one to rights. for example human stem cells (which have a unique genetic code) are often kept alive for research purposes yet are not entitled to legal rights.

On a "moral principle" level of analysis, Liberals can be pro-life. But to believe that abortion should be outlawed is a decidedly socially conservative policy preference.

A zygote is different than a hair cell for example. A zygote will have a different genetic code than a hair cell for example. You need to debate the facts.
