The Tories are pulling ahead in the polls, but the math still favors a Labour-led coalition. Do you think the Tories can pull out a last-minute win?

I mean the best case scenario for Labour is the Greens succeed and a minority revolts within the Lib Dem ranks to go along with Labour. If Nick Clegg goes forward with it on his own, the party will throw him out since it won't have enough support, especially with the UKIP option on the table now for voters to defect to.

Basically, Lib Dems have to stay right wing unless they want to follow the fate of the FDP in Germany.

I read today that Miliband said he won't agree to be Prime Minister if it means a coalition with the SNP...I don't know what to make of that because that seemed to be the most likely outcome. I wonder if he'll keep his promise.

I also think the Tory "lead" in the polls, if it ever existed, has already vanished. Look at Wikipedias list of most recent polls...of the last five, Labour leads in three by one or two points, one's tied, and conservative leads by one in another. Right below that there's a poll with a 5 point conservative lead but that's clearly an outlier, in general is seems neck and neck. http://en.wikipedia.org...

Exactly. Milibrand won't work with the SNP: http://www.bbc.com...

Cameron might work with UKIP though: http://www.theguardian.com...

It's looking like the next British Parliament will be led by a coalition of different parties. No single party is on track to win an outright majority.
