It does not matter on which side of the issue you are.
What matters is, the decision itself.
The SCOTUS just made a ruling that is clearly wrong; rewriting legislation. This is not the role of the Court.
You may 'like' the decision. But, will you like the next decision done in the same manner - that you do not like?
The language in the bill was very clear. The IRS rewrote it in a blatantly unconstitutional manner (regulation).
The Republic is gone. There are now two branches of government, Executive and Judicial, and the Judicial is irrelevant when they are nothing more than a rubber stamp.
That leaves just one.
NO! Not the ballot box they are overridden.
Who will protect us now? And yes, I am frightened, very frightened.
