There is no doubt that I'm crazy. Normal means hateful, selfish, unpolite, attacking, nonempathetic, lacking love, impatient.... Let's go with 1970.

Because he was a poor president. I mean, I am of the same opinion as YYW, but YYW tends to be more vociferous in his feelings.

I think he's kinda moderate tbh. According to this he doesn't rank "good" in terms of issues for a GOP candidate https://www.conservativereview.com... although isidewith.com said I agreed with him the most out of all the candidates on the issues (97%) so maybe he isn't that close to center after all.

Yes. Amnesty and mass immigration have been wonderful for corporations, rich people, and the Democratic Party.

The only people it really hurts is the native working class. But, you know, whaddaya gonna do?

They're probably racist anyways. And, progressive policy trying to help the working class? That's sooooooooooooooo 1920s!

In the 2000s, progressives are more interested in man spreading, fake racial hate crimes, and men who dress like women not being offended. Transracial CEOs who benefit from cheap immigrant labor are in. The working class is out.

I meant *transgender CEOs rather than transracial. But, who knows what the next progressive frontier is.

I would have to say Bill Clinton had been the best at being a president. However, I think the president that is the best person is Jimmy Carter.

Warren G. Harding! He actually got the country out of a depression simply by cutting spending and reducing taxes. Most pro-free market president in history.

There was a somewhat legitimate argument to make for amnesty back then. The laws were in deep need of reform. Besides, Reagan agreement was premised on assurances that we'd actually start deporting people, which the news laws on the books were crafted to do. Unfortunately, much like many other assurances Reagan was given in exchange for compromise, he ended up being made a sucker. 20 years later and we're back to the same problem.

I would argue that no president since 1970 can definitely be called the greatest.
Those 70s presidents oversaw America during some pretty dark times. I wouldn't call any of them the best.
Reagan put the heat on the Soviet Union and probably contributed greatly to the end of the Cold War, but he spent the taxpayers' money an unprecedented level and wracked up trillions in debt for the first time. Also, I'm not well educated on the state of the economy in the 80s. Nobody really remembers George Bush Sr. for anything except the Gulf War and raising taxes so it probably isn't him.
The economy did really well under Clinton and the deficit was lowered (though to be fair there was a Republican-controlled Congress and the U.S. was, with the U.S.S.R. out of the way, able to devote less spending to the military and more to domestic stuff). However, as the above would suggest, he was probably just became President at a very convenient timing.
Bush is remembered for taking a gamble in Iraq and losing (probably), and the economy REALLY suffered at the end of his term. The economy has (probably) been making a fairly steady recovery under Obama, but who's to say whether or not it otherwise would've naturally recovered by now? And of course, there's his foreign policy, which I find quite lacking. The world community likes Obama more than it did Bush, but that's probably because the world community generally hates the USA's military interventions and Obama's less eager to engage in military interventions.

So...it's not a clear-cut choice for me.

I'm not one of those conservatives who has a perfect view of Reagan, but a lot of his mistakes tend to be viewed without proper context. Amnesty is one example. Spending is another. We must keep in mind that he was dealing with a legislative branch that was very much opposed to him, forcing him into a position of compromise after compromise. Here is a good example: http://dailysignal.com...
