Is the GOP poised to lose out in 2015's elections? The Louisiana and Kentucky governorships may go/stay Blue and VA might regain a blue Senate, among other things. What does this indicate for 2016?

This has been said before, and will be said after this, but I will just throw it out there. The more dysfunctional and utterly chaotic the GOP gets, the less the general populous will rely on them to hold any leadership position. Tough luck GOP; rebuild, or die.

They seem to want to rebuild. The odd thing is - it is rebuilding on worse of foundations.

The Kentucky election was just called for the Republican. Currently, he's leading by about 8%. By contrast, the RCP polling average had the democratic candidate up by 3%, meaning that the polls were off by an average of about 11%...that's virtually useless.

Given that things like this happened in 2014 too is it possible that polls actually are skewed against Republicans?

I know that political polling is in kind of a crisis right now, but being off by 11%? That's like 2.5x the average margin of error...for a polls with 95% confidence levels that just should not happen.
