I know its sort of like ObamaCare, but it actually works. Not sure about the details though. It does rank very high for quality, and is very cost efficient.

Well, one, the ACA is not failing. Two, switzerlands entire system (top to bottom) is MUCH more socialized than some (on the right) would lime to admit. for example, virtually all hospitals are government owner\operates and NONE are for profit. Clinics, and some specialties are profit driven, bjt it is a mistake to think it is free-market in the way tne average American thinks about that term.

again, on tablwt, roo hard to get you proper references etc. big points are, if we gotmto this system in the US the average republican would call it socialism rum amok
