America has fallen under the dictates of street mobs and the legitimate courts of law to settle disputes that might arise are no longer considered as the proper venue, the deciders of right or wrong in today's society. Civil societies have remained civil because the citizens realized that in order that the laws of the jungle didn't become the laws under which people had to live their lives. But today America has become a nation which allows those with some leverage of power, it the case of what is taking place in America, power that is exerted by organized mob actions carried out with the purpose of disrupting and unsettling the civil life and commerce of lawful citizens.
The chant of the mobs shouting, "no justice, no peace, rings through many of America's city streets today, and instead of the courts determining who was right or who had to submit to the arbitrary capricious dictates of those who exert mob rule to dominate over the peaceful citizens.
Rom Emanual, the mayor of Chicago, how is threatened by the whims of the street mobs roaming through out the city and the votes of the Chicago citizens who elected Rom Emanual to be their mayor is to be dismissed and of no consequence since the mob has determined that they alone will dictate who will be mayor, only someone of their choice, of course, will do. A former President, Woodrow Wilson, once said, No longer a government by free opinion, no longer a government by conviction, and the vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men This is what has happened in America, a relative small group, in relation to the whole of society, has organized into street mobs where the right and wrong of a issue is decided and America's courts of law have been subject to mob nullification. America is surrendering to the justice of the mobs instead of its legal courts and the mobs, just like the King who once ruled, were supposed to have said, "The law is in his mouths..."
The Mobs believe Like Fredric Bastiat wrote in "The Law," referring to Socialists, Socialists, like all other monopolists, desire to make the law their own weapon. And when once the law is on the side of socialism, how can it be used against socialism...."
To paraphrase Frederic Bastiat in "THE LAW, The mob.... desires to make the law their own weapon. And when once the law is on the side of.. the mob.... socialism, how can it be used against the mob..... socialism...." The Right of free speech, the right to protest etc.

One of the few legitimate uses of government is to protect people from the mob, but when the mob and government are the same, nothing is safe.

The government is a tool used by the elitest for their own purposes. Atleast with mob rule the government occasionally acts in favor of the people.

It sounds like you have a issue with (some people) asking their Government for a redress.

Where were you on Bundy standoff?

TBR...._"It sounds like you have a issue with (some people) asking their Government for a redress.
Lookingattheissues...I do not have a isssue with people asking their government "for a redress.."of a preceived wrong done to them, I do have a issue when people take to the streets instead of to the courts of law intended to arbitrate issues of the citizens.
If the courts of law are thought to have become contaminated by corruption and political bias and unresponsive to the citizens the cure for this sickness of the legal system is a informed and ever diligent citizenry.
Ronald Reagan said,"We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker/s. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.
You asked,"Where were you on Bundy standoff..."
"Cliven Bundy, a 67-year-old Nevada rancher, was at the center of a now-resolved national controversy as the federal Bureau of Land Management tried to take his cattle. States" rights advocates and activists against the militarization of the police have been deeply disturbed by the alleged actions of the federal government and Bundy fights to continue to raise cattle on his land."
"Bundy claims his family has been on the land for centuries,...."
"Adverse possession" legal definition of adverse possession
legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Adverse possession
Adverse Possession. A method of gaining legal title to real property by the actual, open, hostile, and continuous possession of it to the exclusion of its true owner ..
The Supreme court itself follows certain principles:
The supreme court sets great store in " Precedence" and "Stare decisis "
Stare Decisis [Latin, Let the decision stand.] The policy of courts to abide by or adhere to principles established by decisions in earlier cases."
legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Stare Decisis
"...the federal government has sworn to continue its legal battle over the owed taxes...."
Note: Even the federal Government recognizes that the courts are the proper recourse to be used in solving issues between citizens.

You know, I have problems with both mob rule (actually called democratic majority rule) and elitism preventing rule of the majority from ruling. For that reason I believe everyone should rule themselves independently.
