Sanders is between striking distance. In a couple months, he should be neck and neck with Clinton.

Thing is, this is the point where people start paying any real attention. A good deal of primary voters still just barely know that someone is running against Clinton.

Now. The kicker of all this is. Clinton has been working her a$$ off on super delegates (just like last time). She starts with ~12% of the delegate votes she needs to win without one primary completed!

I disliked Clinton's strategy last time, and she is just running the same thing again.

I would not call it wonderful news, not in the slightest. While I like sanders just as much as many others, he is not electable with the general public. I fear trump is going to win the nomination for the GOP and if sanders wins the Democratic nomination, it is basically solidifying trump as the president. They are going to run attacks ads painting him as a socialist, and berni is literally going to agree with it and ruin his chances. He's proud that he's a socialist.

It's abundantly clear that the voters are tired of Obama and shifting back to the GOP. It's true with both the house and the senate, and is going to carry over into the primary. If sanders win the nomination, hes almost promising trump a victory. If not promising, giving trump a viable shot which is mindblowing

Yeah, but Sanders actually has a higher chance of beating Trump than Clinton.

I can see Hillary getting indicted. If that happens, Bernie will take the lead, but still won't win. I wouldn't be surprised if Biden steps in and takes the bid....

The latest poll on that list actually shows Clinton widening her lead over Bernie tremendously, from 7% to the 20's.....

I saw that poll (national).

After watching Benny again last night, I have a couple notes.

* Sanders is the passion that people will respond to (right or wrong).
** Clinton is the competent CEO, She will never have passion or vision that people will respond to, but is capable of doing the job well.
*** Sanders is not very broad. This is not entirely necessary, but where Clinton is very capable across the board, Sanders just has little care outside his more narrow focus.

I don't think Clinton can ever be asked to change, we have known her for a very long time, and she is just not very likable. Expecting her to suddenly ignite passions is just unrealistic. If she weren't so in love with that Castro guy, we could hope for a Clinton/Sanders ticket, but that is not going to happen. So... If Sanders keeps the growing in the hearts of the base, he may take this.
