The President of Turkey (Recep Tayyip Erdogan) says:

'The World is bigger than five'

It is absolutely right.

The faith of the World (other188 coutries) depends on a word going out from the mouth of 5 continuous countries ( USA. Russia, China, England, France).

Moreover, these five countries are the biggest arms dealer of the world!

I agree this is unfair. Im not really sure how to improve things though. Maybe give all 193 countries equal votes and make decisions based on a majority view?

So you pretty much want the General Assembly to have more influence over the Security Council (which has 15 members, 5 of which are permanent. The rest are on rotation). As the current situation stands, the GA can only really make recommendations for the SC to decide. If this is the case, let me bring up a few interesting points about the GA.

Only about 40% of all the nations in the UN are considered democracies. Most are dictatorships.

The GA is also based off a "one nation, one vote system", which disregards population and leads to 2/3rds of the GA being controlled by about 8.4% of the population.

The largest bloc in the GA are the muslim nations, which is why the vast majority of GA resolutions are focused on attacking Israel and promoting anti-semitism.

The GA elects members to sit on the UN Human Rights Council, of which some of the more resent member nations on the council are China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Venezuela, and Cuba, all of which are nations with HUGE human rights violations. Syria, Sudan, and Ethiopia have also been nominated to the council. And most of their time and energy is put toward, as stated earlier, attacking Israel. The GA has turned the UNHRC into a farce.

Despite the US providing a quarter of the UN's budget, we only get .5% of a vote in the GA. The nations that contribute the most to the UN (mainly western nation) get the least amount of say in the GA.

Taking all that into consideration, is this the part of the UN that you want making global decision? Is the GA really better than the SC?

Thats essentially what the General Assembly is, except that it just has the power to make recommendations to the Security Council, not actual binding policies.

Yes that is true. Its hard to make the process fairer as NATO, Russia and China would not like having less power and may even leave the organization if they lost their permanent seats and vetoes. As a UK citizen the system is very favorable to me but I can see how people of other nationalities see the system as unfair.
