Yeah. We really need to get out of the Middle East.

I don't see what the relevance is with these being 'Muslim countries', especially when applied to the fact you've used Bosnia and Kosovo as examples; who were at the time newly established countries that NATO was seeking to protect from anti-Muslim Serbian nationalists.

It was only presented as food for thought. I personally look at this list with a fair amount of sadness. I can only think of very limited gain and lost of loss.

Indeed, though each case is is different--There are some notable political contrasts between the bombing of other countries listed, when compared with the examples of Bosnia and Kosovo; where again the general view was to safeguard rather than besiege the Muslim population.

Muslims just reaped what they sowed. What goes around comes around again and again. A never ending story that will continue to repeat itself. I conquer you then you conquer me the I conquer you.

Not really sure what the point is, but you also need to define "occupied". We certainly haven't bombed many on that list. Not saying I agree with our constant involvement, but a simple list doesn't really qualify much.

The reasons for these are not all the same. The way you've framed it feels over simplified.

Some of these were for economic reasons, some were retribution and sending a message, some were playing peacekeeper.

According to one of the pilots who served there, Somalia would've ended in our favor if the administration allowed the following--an aircraft carrier for launching operations(can't hear the blackhawks coming), armored vehicles, and adequate gunship support.

The day politicians learn to give the military clear goals and then stay out of the way, I suspect these campaigns will be handled in an efficient manner.

Did I mention a reason Osama was alive to be SEALED by 6 was because the admin wouldn't authorize the use of rocket launchers on a convoy ambush?
