I doubt the lawsuit will go through. They were not forced to do those actions, joining that course was their choice. If anything, the professor might be fired or suspended

It's stupid how the college offers this course, and how students actually select this course. But hey, I guess there are weird and absurd students in every college, even the best ones.

In all fairness, if it's not a core requirement or a class that someone needs to take for their major/minor then I don't really see the problem.

Despite the arguments saying this "isn't a requirement, it was your choice", this class is a clear intrusion of privacy and the assignments given are inappropriate for an academic curriculum. You're getting "credit" for participating in what can be seen as disclosing private information and humiliating yourself. I don't understand how this class was even allowed to be held, which is why there might be some legitimacy in suing the school, and full legitimacy and firing the professor.

Oh, and it's definitely sexual harassment.

I didn't know that getting credits through "disclosing private information" and "humiliating yourself" would be able to win any lawsuit.

But it would be okay if the teacher was a woman because men can't be sexually harassed because they're all sex-hungry sexist pigs.

Credit as in college credit. So it's an academically certified course, which then points fingers at the school itself.

No, it wouldn't actually, Mr. Red Herring Strawman.

Or make him only take the course and reveal all of his "answers" to everyone.

Good example of how the right supports someone who disagrees with speech on campus, yet if it were a liberal issue and the person chose to not be subjected to speech and form a safe room as a form of protest they would be all over it.

Maybe this lady should have formed a safe room rather than waste everyone's time filing a frivolous lawsuit. She even signed a trigger warning document before taking the class.

It's not Conservstives being violent now is it? That would be Liberals blocking highways, taking over rallies, and fighting the police.
