"But whether that assessment of Clinton is accurate depends entirely on what it means to be a true progressive nowadays.

Does it mean voting like Sanders has, and embracing his agenda? Or does it simply mean consistently pushing for policies that would significantly advance progressive causes, like a fairer economy and a cleaner environment?

By the first definition, Clinton clearly doesn"t qualify as a progressive.

By the second, she clearly does."

She tries to appeal to progressives through pandering, not through actual policies.

Yea, she is no progressive. By any real measure.

That is not why I dislike her, or why I will be leaving a big blank spot on the ticket, but to say she is a progressive is just silly.

She's in bed with the country that is most anti gays, andti feminism, and the cause of 9/11, all while having an Islamic mole of the Muslim Brotherhood as her leading lady...

Hillary doesn't have an official political affiliation, she panders to the polls and what is commonly accepted. Through much of the early 2000's Hillary was anti gay marriage but when 2013 rolled around when approval rates for gay marriage rose tremendously she suddenly became pro gay marriage and that's only one example of her flip flopping. She may or may not be a progressive democrat but that stance can easily change in a few years.

She is getting money from the instigator of 9/11 according to the 9/11 commission. Good to know she gets her paychecks from our vowed enemy.

I will not be voting top of the ticket. That may change, but at this point - Clinton has to work to get my vote.

Why don't you just vote 3rd party instead of throwing a blank ticket?

I doubt I will, but its a possibility. My protest is not that we need more party's running for POTUS, its that I have come to dislike Clinton enough that she lost my vote.

She, to me, has shown incredibly poor decision making, and each case were because of her craven desires. She is not a good fit for me, or what I want my party to be. That is not saying that I hate the Democratic party, or the platform.
