Oh? Let's look at an excerpt from the debate.

Male Taliban fighters were caught wearing burkas concealing automatic weapons and a bomb vest.

http://www.frontpagemag.com......

A woman wearing a burka was caught with a bomb making kit hidden under her attire.

She had been stopped at Liverpool, John Lennon airport, and a device was found after it dropped out when she fiddled with the sleeves of her burka.

http://www.thesun.co.uk......

A burka clad male terrorist opened fire at a bus stop in Jammu and Kasmir's Pulwama district. His weapon was conceled under the burka.

People guilty of a crime can and have slipped on burkas to evade police.

A male terrorist used the burka to cover his identity and weapons and killed 15 in Chad.

And guess what the next cry is. They don't think you should be able to show a picture of the Muslim female without the veil for "religious reasons", despite the fact that this would make future terrorists and criminals unidentifiable. They want their cake, to eat it too and to get another piece. They moved here to a democratic country. We did not move to Pakistan.

And here is just how effective the burka is. British Special forces have used them to kill ISIS militants undetected. British Special forces used the burka in a surprise attack on ISIS.

The burka has no business in civilized society.

Egypt, a Muslim country, bans the veil 'because it is NOT Islamic'. Egyptian lawmakers have argued that full face veils are actually un-Islamic and even go against what the Quran advocates.

Parliamentarians in the Egypt Support Coalition, loyal to President Abdul Fattah Al Sissi, said the push for a ban is also based on religious and security grounds.

You can conceal a gun in a pair of jeans and a tshirt. You can conceal a larger weapon in a trenchcoat.

Should everyone be forced to wear bikinis at all times?

And the burka conceals your face making you unidentifiable.

Brontoraptor actually has a point for once, despite having other cancerous posts. Burkas can hide dangerous and illegal things. It is stupid to let some subhumans to cover themselves in a burka when it lets people hide illegal and dangerous things quite easily. It is their fault for not getting with times and not thinking men are rapists who will rape you for not wearing a burka.

Let's just ban clothes.

Absolutely not. People have a right to speech without government interference and have the right to government protection from violence in response to speech.

Look how easy it is to hide a bomb under regular clothing. Then look at burkas.

Not according to liberals. Only conservatives believe that. That would be liberals blocking highways, attacking police, and taking over rallies.

"Rights aren't 'rights' if someone can take them away - they're privileges. That's all we ever had in this country - a Bill of Temporary Privileges. And if you read the news, even badly, you know that the list gets shorter and shorter."

A ban on the burqa would effectively be a denial of freedom of speech and of religion. In the name of making a few people feel safer from something that kills less Americans in an entire year than pharmaceuticals do in a day.

You are trying to find the bomber of a building. He killed 15,000 people at a festival with a bomb. He's 5"11, slim, black hair, brown skin. 700 people wearing burkas.

Tell us what you do as law enforcement. Go.

The desire to ban burkas has nothing to do with hiding identity. For Liberals, it's about the maggots desire to control everything and "save" Muslim women from their own beliefs. For neo-conservatives, it's about oppressing Islam.

There are times when silence becomes an accomplice to injustice. Islam was like a mental cage. At first, when you open the door, the caged bird stays inside: it is frightened. It has internalized its imprisonment. It takes time for bird to escape, even after someone has opened the doors to its cage.

Might as well ban jerseys and jackets while you're at it, they could conceal weapons!!!

Good. So live in 2016 when Islamists actually are trying to kill Westerners. Have you been watching the news?

1984 was pretty good by the way. It might have been the happiest group of Americans in history.

A ban on the burqa would effectively be a denial of freedom of speech and of religion. In the name of making a few people feel safer from something that kills less Americans in an entire year than pharmaceuticals do in a day.

1984 was pretty good by the way. It might have been the happiest group of Americans in history.

I see you don't read science fiction.

Good. So live in 2016 when Islamists actually are trying to kill Westerners. Have you been watching the news?

Maybe you would like to live in a time when Christians were busy torturing and burning people at the stake.

They were burning people at the stake in the 1980's? I must have missed it. Citation needed.
