Boris Johnson, who had been considered the most likely successor to David Cameron, has bowed out of the Tory leadership race, the New York Times is reporting.
Boris Johnson dripped out after Micahel Gove entered the race.

Smart move. UK is in a mess. Any excuse not to run is a good excuse. Boris is not as dumb as he looks unlike Donald Trump.
