Mr. Trump said things in private. People are now judging him for words that are similar to words that have come out of their very own mouths in private. Whether you like him or not, when we point our finger at him, there are fingers pointing back at ourselves.

Trump does more sexual assault than a Muslim Syrian refugee in Cologne.

I'm pretty sure most of us don't boast about attempting to sexually assault women in private.

Yup. It's a part of evolution. The male that had the hardest sex drive survived and so did the species.

And now that the species is no longer in danger of dying out, it's simply immoral. Anybody who boasts about doing it is not deserving of the highest office in the world.

You can't use your religion to judge words like that. There may be no god, so you sound like you are projecting an objective morality code onto Mr. Trump.

Nobody's born a rapist. It's a barbaric act--sex is a demonstration of love: no one should be forced into it.

Why on earth would such a disgusting act be moral?

Society. We all decide what is and is not acceptable behavior. This is unacceptable behavior for our POTUS. That is part of why Trump will lose this race.

Well if there is no god then who decided Trump's words are wrong? Maybe it's just evolution and he was born like that and can't help it. Is homosexuality now wrong?

Ummm...common decency?

Our society is built upon the idea that all men are created equal. If anyone (much less a presidential candidate) speaks in such a way that indicates that he or she rejects that ideal, they are violating the very core ideals of American society and can't be allowed to hold such a powerful position.

A president is more than a bully. A president is a representative for all Americans. He or she must get the support of the people he represents. Trump is not getting the support, he will not be elected. Get it?

You can't use your religion to judge words like that. There may be no god, so you sound like you are projecting an objective morality code onto Mr. Trump.

Who said anything about religion or god? I sure didn't.

The core ideals of America? Since most Americans are Christians are you saying their religion dictates what are American ideals?

I've said many sexually explicit things in my life some private, some public, but all were in the midst of among friends of mine. But the difference is 1) I was never a presidential candidate and 2) I'm not Donald Trump. Things of this magnitude are always going to be magnified to the 20th power because of who he is and what reputation he has created for himself. Donald Trump has made a fool of himself and his political party. He is a joke and should not run.

I don't see how homosexuality violates the above ideal.

I already answered that for you. Society decides. Our society says this is unacceptable behavior, certainly unacceptable for our POTUS, that is part of why he will never be president.

I am sure he was born a horses a$$, So what? We don't elect horses a$$es to be POTUS.

I haven't seen these rules anywhere. Where can I see a copy? I think you made them up. I don't think the President has to be a poster child, just a strong leader.

https://www.google.com...

A president is more than a bully. A president is a representative for all Americans. He or she must get the support of the people he represents. Trump is not getting the support, he will not be elected. Get it?

So Hillary represents most Americans? So Christianity should rule all of our lives based solely on being the majority?

Most Americans view homosexuality as wrong, so is it or not, and if not, then why is Trump now held to some religious standard that is not imposed on another sexual conduct?

Of course not. The Founding Fathers created our country with this ideal in mind--an answer to the authoritarian monarchies common around the world at the time. I don't think Christianity was at the root of those ideals--especially because the Christian concept of divine right was what perpetuated the monarchies the colonies were fighting against.
