So all three stories say the same meat. I followed the Benghazi hearings. I disagree with Trump on his 'special prosecuter' contention the other night. However I've never heard the name Marc Turi.

Synopsis: this dude was charged by the DOJ of trying to sell arms to Libya. His defense was he was authorized to 'sell' arms to Qatar and the UAE but divert them to Libya (prior to the Benghazi fiasco). When it got hot, they were sent to Syria instead.

During the discovery process, prosecutors dropped the case on agreement with a civil settlement (200k fine that isn't enforceable as long as he abides by a 4 year ban of int'l arms dealing, drop of all criminal charges already and nothing on his record).

So is this just political shenanigans, as the defense has contended or...

I'm not sure. Again this is the first I've heard of it.

Damn Jedi and their droids. As an aside... today and his wisdom are so overrated. Alive 900 years and he isn't aware palpatine wasn't sith? Update can take his shriveled green wise azz where it needed to be, the swamp. NO relevance to our current societal intelligentsia...
