Bill and Hill work as a team.
If you consider that the longest economic boom occurred during Bill's 1st and 2nd terms, maybe his 3rd term wont be so bad

his terms just coincided with the technological boom so any president in that time period would have benefited from it, not to say he didn't encourage or helped it along, but I think it was more about good timing than what he actually did.

Really, what technology?
We have plenty of more new technology. We just have to reward the job creators to invest money in putting it into production.

that's when it grew the fastest, that's what I meant by the word "boom" you can google plenty of info on the subject.

You give presidents way too much credit, and probably way too much blame, for economies.

It is not so much I give credit, it is more like they take it. The economists don't understand how the economy works, how can the presidents?

Any business or industry that prospers does so despite the govt not because of what it does. Govt always makes everything more difficult, never easier. All govt does is suck the private sector dry and write regulation to impede it. It has never undone harmful regulation or fiscal policy it just adds to it.
