What political party do you classify as "heartless."
What does heartless mean to you, and how does the party of your choice fall into the definition.

"Unfeeling; unkind; unsympathetic; harsh; cruel: heartless words; a heartless ruler."

Republican
Democratic

Or less legitimate parties like
Libertarian
Constitutional
Green
Independent

Why should "heartlessness" even matter? The scantron machine, for example, is heartless in the way it grades tests. It doesn't give partial credit based on how much thought and contemplation a student puts into an answer. In fact, it neither knows nor cares--if the answer is wrong, it's wrong; however, I highly doubt people will be fighting to have empathy chips installed so that kids don't have their feelings hurt when their sh*tty test scores come back.

College contemplates how much a student puts into an answer.
