In a handful of forums I announced that Hillary would be the winner. Well at this point its obvious I was wrong. We'll see how the next 4 years play out.

Lots of people were wrong. And lots of those same people will continue to be wrong, as it becomes increasing evident that Donald Trump is actually a highly competent president. Don't be among the ones who fail to stop being wrong.

I thought it might be a bigger blow-out than it was. It's good that Hillary didn't get it though. It would be bad, to have a Luciferian as President. The Clinton cartel are some of the most heinous people on earth.
Let's hope Trump doesn't do something stupid. I hope that Trump puts them all in prison where they belong.

Trumps entire campaign has been marked by stupidity. I only hope he doesn't do something dangerously stupid. As for arresting Hillary, I doubt it.

Bernie Sanders won the election?! Oh thank goodness, for a minute there I'd thought I'd have to descend into madness. But good thing that isn't the case, right? RIGHT?!

Don't forget too that we will get to finally understand whether Cruz's father was really involved with the JFK assassination when Trump appoints the special prosecutor as he promised.

No worries. If it is cheaper, put lead in the ropes. We need less environmental regulation so we can grow like China.

Hillary never had a chance. Trump was campaigning to make America great again. What can Hillary say? Can she say a vote for her will bring change? What would she change? Bringing change would only mean her party has failed. Here is the failure of Americans to see how their opinions get played like ping pong balls. Bouncing back-and-fourth, the eagerness for hopeful promises continue getting played to both sides the court. But nothing ever changes. The two sides must lean on each other for the survival of one direction.

that's true lol though you are mild compared to many others, I didn't want Hillary to win, I really thought she would. It was down right scary how polarized everyone was? or is? Hopefully everyone will come more towards the middle. I find your reflections and admission impressive, and regardless of differences anyone who can do that deserves and gains a lot of respect, just don't do it again lol

Because the media played it that way, polls were biased from the beginning, they made people hate Trump supporters, calling them all uneducated racist people. No one wanted to speak up about their support in fear of judgement. Hollywood promising to leave the country, I hope they make good on their threats, don't want them here anyway. Move to Canada! we will be better off without you.

I'm just glad that regime is over. Doesn't mean I'm not still worried about the future.

We'll move toward Laissez-faire capitalism as was prior to Roosevelt, because the masses are uneducated on economic history; modern education has failed us. Corporate monopolies will rise with its robber barons and everyday folks will start throwing themselves off buildings and out windows out of desperation. Our voices will be further drowned by the oliachs who actually write government policy. Most of the citizenry will be hungry and have multiple generations cramped into single bedroom apartments reminiscent of the late 1800'-1920's; housing has gotten too expensive. After years of plummeting wages and inflation, there'll be finally a breaking point with civil unrest. But, as is in the past it will take decades to repair the damage. Amidst the pollution choked skies and rivers, flooded cities of the shorelines and the growing desserts of the central plains, a new hope will rise, (unless martial law is instituted, then we a really screwed) where the country can build again (a bit of an exaggerated scenario, but you get the point)

Well think about all the "certainties" that didn't come about? Who would have thought that the usually strongly blue state of PA would flip red? Who would have thought that minorities (especially in FL) weren't as enthusiastic about voting as everyone thought they would be? Who would have thought that the white lower class would flip traditionally blue states like PA, WI, and MI? Just about all the polls were wrong. We misjudged people's resentment any apathy? To just about everyone, including a lot of Trump supporters, the results were a complete shock.
