So in addition to going to orthodox Jewish schools for the last decade and a half, I've recently done some looking into the compilation of Jewish laws/debates known as the Talmud. I'm sooooooooooo (o's necessary to describe level of interest) interested in debating its legitimacy, hence the debate on Talmud you can now see in the "challenge" section. Thing is, the majority of the good debaters on this site seem to be semi-liberal atheists, with a selection of great Christian debaters as well. So, finding a willing debater might not be the easiest thing in the world. There's my situation, if anyone's up for it (calling all Jews! Wait a second, Passover starts tomorrow night, you'd better hurry) accept the debate, message me or whatever.

BUT assuming that you're not a religious, Talmud abiding Jew, I'm interested in knowing what secularized non-Jewish people know about/think about the Talmud. Any thoughts? Good book, bad book, interesting book, boring book?
