Supporting Christianity brings this to Africa, putting money into the missionary proselytizing that goes on leads to this. Where do these people get these ideas, oh thats right the "good book" the Christians bring to them.
DDO's marketing strategy has certainly paid off just not sure I agree with the target market: http://tinypic.com...

Actually it's primarily because of pre-Christian pagan beliefs, it's just that Christianity is now the modern cultural paradigm.
I am voting for Innomen because of his intelligence, common sense, humility and the fact that Juggle appears to listen to him. Any other Presidential style would have a large sub-section of the site up in arms. If I was President I would destroy the site though elitism, others would let it run riot. Innomen represents a middle way that works, neither draconian nor anarchic and that is the only way things can work. Plus he does it all without ego trips.

You are right, my morals should be judged on a single glib statement turned into a strawman. There can be no nuances of meaning, everything must be taken to an absolute extreme.

Next time I see a little old lady going to church I am going kick her in the ovaries because she is personally responsible for this. Thanks Izbo.

By Jove, I believe we have a diagnosis for Izbo10...But not only does he have a Narcissist Personality Disorder, but he has Bipolar disorder and is stunted in terms of mental activity.

John 8:7 was actually added to the gospel many years later, it is not considered a original saying of Jesus. (Sources Bart Ehrman: Misquoting Jesus and Robert Wright: The Evolution of God) Worse yet it comes from John.

And I have one question for you and Ehrman and Wright: HOW do we know that JOHN 8:1-11 (it's not only 7 that is contended) was not copied from an earlier manuscript, now lost?

We do not. We cannot.
