If God wanted to articulate that there was no Trinity (i.e., there is only 1 God and 1 alone), what would God have to write in the Old Testament that would convince you of this truth?

Probably that he was infertile and unable to reproduce.

Scriptures that immediately come to mind:

Psalm 110:1
The Lord says to my Lord: "Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstoool for your feet.

Genesis 1:26
Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth."

Before the acceptance of Monotheist faith (Judaism), Hebrew people used to be Polytheist and worship many Gods. Buddhist teachings in China had to be tailored to Confucius ideas, in order to get the people to understand and accept.

3/3 = 1
1/1 = 1

If every "person" in the trinity was separate but part of one, you can assume at it is basically one person. There is also the possibility to help the Polytheist people comprehend the idea of Monotheism.

Logic is not your friend.
I am voting for Innomen because of his intelligence, common sense, humility and the fact that Juggle appears to listen to him. Any other Presidential style would have a large sub-section of the site up in arms. If I was President I would destroy the site though elitism, others would let it run riot. Innomen represents a middle way that works, neither draconian nor anarchic and that is the only way things can work. Plus he does it all without ego trips.

Logic is not your friend.

Circular reasoning, begging the question,,etc.

Abscence of proof is not proof of absence. I like Aristotle's logic, yours is strange.

I wonder if I'm the only person who thinks that someone looks stupid when they yell "Ad Hominem!" as if the people reading are too dumb to figure out that the other person is insulting them rather than making an argument.
