What is the philosophy behind the religion etc.
"Anarchism stands for the liberation of the human mind from the dominion of religion and liberation of the human body from the coercion of property; liberation from the shackles and restraint of government. It stands for a social order based on the free grouping of individuals""

God created a nation of people because he loved them more than all the others.

They are the children of Israel/Jacob. These are the 12 tribes of Israel. They existed as two states Judah (Jew) and Israel. Over them these people became one: the Jews. The Jewish way of life is defined in a divine law known as the 613 mitzvot revealed unto Moses by God himself. A detailed philosophy (and history) can be found all over the books of the Torah.

In theory Judaism will sound very violent and brutal, worse than it's two major successors Christianity and Islam, which is ironic given reality.

From an atheistic anthropological point of view, Judaism has two rare features. One, it is a prime example of an ethnocentric religion; it's a type of religion that preaches racial hegemony in which "God's chosen people[race]" are first. Two, it's a monotheistic religion with a strong pagan, polytheist tradition within it, features of this are the dress code and ritual animal sacrifice.
