On the 30th of September 2007, Richard Dawkins, Daniel Dennett, Sam Harris and Christopher Hitchens sat down for a first-of-its-kind, unmoderated 2-hour discussion, convened by RDFRS and filmed by Josh Timonen.

It's one of the most fascinating and intellectually engaging things I've ever seen, and any fan of any one of these men's work will agree. So many good points are made in this discussion. And I learned a lot of things I didn't know about these guys - for example, they all take turns answering the question of whether or not they would want to see the practice of religion totally eradicated from the world, and their opinions couldn't be more different. This is a conversation worth seeing.

Or lose the race to rats
Get caught in ticking traps
And start to dream of somewhere
To relax their restless flight
Somewhere out of a memory of lighted streets on quiet nights..."

I will have to watch this though. Have you seen the Poetry of Science? It's good stuff.
