Funny thing is that the Ouija board was actually first marketed by Hasboro as a family board game. It was then hijacked by cultists during WWII. This guy, like everyone on Youtube, is bullsh!t.

It's a mass-produced toy; beg your parents to buy you one and find out. If you don't agree, then tell them that it will predict who gets all the money in the divorce.

If someone thought they were possessed, they probably had schizophrenia to begin with.

Once I discovered Darren Brown (like 4 months ago) I spent the next week finding everything I could that he's ever made. The guy is a unique entertainer, and absolutely brilliant.

He is without a doubt an idol of mine.
I went to see him live earlier this year and it was the most spectacular thing i've experienced.
I am never not in the mood to see his stuff, my favourite is definitely when he pickpockets somebody on blackpool beach. I couldn't stop laughing. What's your favourite?

Yeah, I'm definitely a huge fan. His work is fascinating and it's always worth watching. I don't know if I can pick a favorite. I really enjoyed watching the show about televangelists... The show about the lucky dog... The show about convincing the guy that he murdered someone... the show about creating the assassin... The show about ghosts... And the Enigma stage show, which was just spectacular...

Really I could just name everything, because everything he does is so unique and incredible. The guy really makes all other illusionists and magicians just seem, meh.

I started watching this magician on Netflix the other day and about 20 minutes through I was like, geez, there's really nothing special about this. I'll go watch a Derren Brown episode again.

I think what really separates Derren Brown from all these other guys, isn't just his use of psychology and illusion, but the basis for his entire act, which is to be skeptical about everything, and to never accept anything at face value. When he sets these things up to tests the limit of that, while also keeping the audience in on it, it makes his entire act truly fascinating. Unlike other illusionists his act isn't dependent on 'fooling the audience', but educating them. Which make him a once in a generation type of talent.

I knew I'd missed an episode. Sweet! Forgot to watch the dog one. :)

I know what you mean about watching other magicians, Derren has definitely set the bar far too high for me to enjoy others now.
He's worked with Dawkins, he's done everything. He just amazes me constantly.
Two of my favourite things about him, the first is that you never know whether he's lying or whether he's teaching you, and the second is his humour.
I love that he calls himself the Mind Bender because he's a gay illusionist...

Yeah he really has. All these flashy modern magicians don't even compare. They are far more spectacle than substance. Whereas Brown's substance creates the spectacle.
