Eternal love is a compassion for anyone who has recently died(spiritually or otherwise), that comforts and guides them through any suffering they experience once dead, and towards rebirth/reincarnation/resurrection, instilling courage, providing solace, guidance...etc... for those who have recently died(spiritually or otherwise). That is the love Jesus and Buddha provides for anyone who may come to understand it. The most wicked of people can come to understand this eternal love, and when he/she does, they attain life eternal as a result. It is a love that, once understood, baptizes them into living out the philosophy of life eternal, and into the very nature of the spirit. Which is the philosophy that both Buddha and Jesus lived out. When you understand, and then receive this love, you then become a Buddha, and live at one, in communion with Christ as life eternal.

The love of God is invisible but becomes visible for those who love Him.

The question is...Does expressing this love make a person holy? Can an evil person be at one with God in his eternal love for another? Can a sinful person plant the seed of life eternal just as Jesus and Buddha did? I think so. It doesn't take a perfect human being to plant the seeds and help in the ways of eternal life. Does expressing this love make a person more Holy? Is it a love that only Priests and Monks can express?

It's the flesh of man that causes confusion in the mind of God for those who don't have the love of God, yet. The love the flesh gives a man is NOT the love of God during this first age. It gives them the love of this world instead.

IDK what cult you joined that fused Buddhism with Christianity, but they have to completely different goals. Buddhists don't try to achieve eternal life, they try to end the cycle of rebirth. The Christian notion of eternal life is more closely associated with the Egyptians than it is with the Buddhists.

Most Buddhists teach that the only way to become a Buddha is to first experience a spiritual death and rebirth. Which is the same as being in communion with Jesus on the cross.

No, they teach you need to experience an actual dead and rebirth. When one has achieved full enlightenment they have become a Buddha, and they can end the cycle of rebirth. Until you become a Buddha you cannot escape the cycle of rebirth, and when you die you will be reborn into 1 of the 6 realms; Deva, Asura, Human, Animal, Hungry Ghost, or Hell. Unlike Christian hell, Buddhist hell only lasts until one's bad karma has been depleted, after which they are reborn in a higher realm, such as a Deva or Human.

Christians believe your sins or bad karma is forgiven by accepting Jesus Christ, and that all you have to do is ask for forgiveness. Buddhists believe your Karma is only expunged by suffering from the resulting effects. The purpose of Christianity is to live forever in the kingdom of god. The purpose of Buddhism is to stop being reborn. They cannot be any more polarized.
