Where is it told in the bible that the war god of the canaanites ever told any other tribe, other than the israelites, that he was the only god to be worshiped?

Allegedly he told the israelites that he was the only god (well his promoters did) but there is no record of him allegedly telling the other tribes.

Given that, what justification did this war god have for ordering the genocide of other tribes on the fabricated charge of worshiping other gods in his stead?

It would seem that the canaanite war god YHWH was a LIAR.

Where were the tribes before birth of Abraham's children?

Non-existing, just as Abraham never existed or Sarah, these two being another god capture by priests of Judah cobbling together Judaism out of bits and pieces of surrounding pagan religions, the priests of Judah having direct knowledge of Brahmin Hindu religious ideas because of the presence of Brahmin merchants selling incense and spices along the well-established trade routes running through Canaan from their outpost in the kingdom of Sheba, Yemen. "Sheba" is the earthly 7th Realm of Shiva and is where the Hebrew word "Shabbat", the 7th Day, derives.

Israel Finkelstein and Neil Silberman have revealed the root mythologies of the ancient Hebrew writers of the Bible who cannot be traced in Canaan before 700 B.C. making all their Torah/Tanakh stories of earlier "Hebrews" like Abraham, complete fabrications and thus of zero spiritual authority in and of themselves. Most bible scholars are still way behind the archeological findings and conclusions so there's still fascination with Bible verses even though the whole works is now exposed as mythology only important for bearing evidence through time and generations of the Spirit of Christ.
