Can anyone express their opinion on what it's like to be an Arab woman in society today? Do you feel like you have to suffer in silence with no way out?

Do you mean Arab or Muslim and is there a difference?
My suggestion is to escape to an emancipated country and by yourself a bikini and just swim and frolic where you have less danger of rape than in a muslim society.

What society do you mean, and are you talking about Muslims or Arabs specifically?

Your question is also somewhat tinged with bigotry, if you are referring broadly to Arab/Muslim women in Arab/Muslim countries.

It would be like if someone posted a question asking, "Can anyone express their opinion on what its like to be a white man? Do you just feel consumed with racism and hate?"

There are many Arab/Muslim countries that are restrictive to men/women equally, some that are significantly more restrictive to women, and some that are fairly equal to both. If you had a specific country/society in mind, as opposed to "Arab", your question would b easier to answer.
