A language that ALL God's people can experience together in harmony.

Enjoy this video about musicians from all over the world playing in a group called, "Playing for Change". I have a friend who I met in Barcelona who is a lead singer in the group. His name is Clarence Milton Bekker.

An acoustic assembly of rhythm, pitch, timbre, texture and dynamics appreciated for its sensuality and evocation of emotion.

But why is this a religious question, and not a philosophical one?

None! I will tolerate some classical music, but would NEVER put music on for pleasure as it does my head in! I realise that is weird but it has always been the case.

I understand you very well. I actually like to play music instead of listen to it just like I used to like playing sports instead of watching it.

God made us all different so no one hears in the same exact way. If we all heard in the same way, life would be very boring.

So don't ever think that you're weird. You're just a unique person like everyone is.

I play some blues, country, rock and roll classics, but mostly today I play whatever comes into my mind. My memory is so poor that I can't remember complete songs that I used to play in the bands I was involved in many years ago. So I play whatever comes into my mind and turn it into improvised songs which I think is more fun to do than play memorized pieces of music that other inspired musicians wrote down and play. It took many years for me to learn how to do that but now I'm getting a lot of compliments by friends who hear me play. I'm actually playing for myself but when other people listen to the music that's coming out of my acoustic guitar, they seem quite impressed.

I don't have access to a good mic but I could record myself playing guitar with my laptop and the earphone/mic combination. It wouldn't be very good quality but at least you could hear how I improvise from the thoughts that come into my mind instead of remembering songs played by other musicians. It's more like a jamb session that musicians do to get the right sounds for their new songs. It's a great experience to be able to play something that God puts directly in the mind to play with like all songwriters, poets, musicians, artists, inventors, etc. experience.

I watched a video of someone interviewing Bob Dylan and asking him how he got all the lyrics to the hundreds of songs he wrote. Bob told him from the man above, indicating his Creator. He said he doesn't get those kinds of thoughts anymore.
