There are 10's of millions of species currently on this planet that some of you claim is fine tuned for such life.
99% of every species to have ever lived on this planet, finely tuned for their existence, no longer exist.
If this universe is finely tuned for the existence of "life" on this planet then why have billions of those life forms become extinct?
After all the universe was finely tuned just for their existence.
Or does your hubris discount all other life forms as the reason for the alleged fine tuning and instead believe that the existence of YOU is the reason for the alleged fine tuning?

Our universe is finely tuned for black holes. As time goes on more and more black holes will exist.

It's all about the black holes.

Not only that, we have a dying sun ripping away our atmosphere [http://www.newscientist.com...], galactic collision [http://en.wikipedia.org...], and killer asteroids [http://www.space.com...] -- not to mention the occasional 'dangerously close' supernova [http://en.wikipedia.org...] just in case something else doesn't kill us off -- and all the other potentially-inhabitable systems are stupidly vast distances away.

A decaying cosmic pinball machine is all part of a divine plan to create a universe sustaining life? Really?

Yep. The hydrogen powering every star will eventually run out and then all that will remain in a dark and cold universe is black holes until they eventually (in the extreme distant future) also evaporate away to nothing. Something to look forward to as a final present from a loving God!
