Firstly, I make it no secret I'm sheisse at this format of debate, look back in my history and you'll find naught but failures. But I enjoy all this site has to offer none-the-less, especially the religion forum. However I beg the question to you all, what makes a really good religion debate? The obvious issues are piety in both the debaters and those who cast the votes, I find it rare that a theist will vote for an atheist if he truly makes a good case, and vice versa. Another big issue is the interference of those who clearly have no idea what they're talking about (also consider this a formal apology to those who've seen me here before as I have been a perpetrator of this) and get in the way of the good flow of information and discourse which is especially a problem on the forum.

So, what makes your good debate?
