If God existed the universe would collapse

God is everywhere, but also in that case everytime. God is everything, and thus he's infinite and the universe would collapse.

I think this is the line of argument you're headed towards.

P1 If God exists, then he is necessarily equivalent to the universe.
P2 If God exists, then he is necessarily infinite.
P3 The universe cannot be infinite and function.
P4 The universe functions.
C1 Therefore, the universe is not infinite.
C2 Therefore, God is not infinite.
C3 Therefore, God is both infinite and not infinite.
C4 God cannot be both infinite and not infinite, so God does not exist.

The trouble is that no one knows enough about either God or the universe to prove any of the first three propositions.

God says several times he's omnipotent.

Granted we don't know about the universe, but if God is omnipotent and infinite so is the universe.
