Muslims do not want to assimilate into our culture or tolerate our culture.

Western woman converted to Islam and tells her story.

"I didn"t really fit in. I was still learning. I didn"t wear the headscarf and I was a bit different. They weren"t all all-encompassing or all-embracing regardless.

"People try to encourage you to do better. So if you"re not behaving a certain way or you don"t know how to pray, or the way you"re dressed " people will suggest ways you can practise better. If someone says "you can"t do this" I don"t respond well to that. For a convert that can be a lot of pressure."

Khadijah Elliott, an English teacher, converted to Islam 10 years ago when she married one of her former students who was Muslim. Due to visa issues, the pair married in Kabul, but weeks after the wedding her husband disappeared, and Elliott was told by his family that he had been killed.

Devastated and confused, she returned to England and continued life as a Muslim woman. Like Kayani, she had issues from the local Muslim community: "If you come from an English background, a lot of Muslims find that difficult to understand. Because you have to change that and put aside a put of your own culture, you"ve got to either find a new one or hover between the two. It can be very difficult.

Some families who are born Muslim want to stick to their own culture rigidly."

So we should choose to be slaves rather than fee? No thanks. Our way is better.

Islamic ideology and views are so disgusting and evil that I have absolutely no interest in their phsychotic viewpoint. Freedom? Better. Freedom of speech? Better. Freedom to wear short shorts and tank tops? Better. Women having rights? Better. Gay rights? Better. Not wearing burkas? Better. Notstoning or beheading people? Better. Everything about the West compared to Islam is.... just flat out and obviously...better.

Your culture is also disgusting and evil. Free sex, fornication, drunkness, heathenism, paganism, atheism, secularism, communism, imperialism, and all evil deeds are nurtured in non Islamic countries.

Assimilation means to lose culture in favour of a dominant culture (presumably the one you call 'ours'.) Tolerate means not to criticise things one disagrees with.

So let's be clear which US culture you're talking about: WASP culture? Irish American? Italian American? African American? Cuban American? Mexican? Puerto Rican? Jewish American? Russian American?

From the time of colonisation, did the US ever really have only one culture? Your great-grandparents probably never ate a burrito or went out for sushi; now they're an accepted part of the US diet in many cities. Do you object to kosher foods or curries? Does kim-chi in Korean supermarkets offend you? If not, what's wrong with halal foods?

Do you object when Jewish men wear a yarmulke? Do you wish to force Amish assimilation? If not, what's wrong with Muslim women wearing a hijab or burqini?

And in the land of supposedly free speech, who is allowed to criticise US culture? Please list the peoples whose criticisms shall be seen as a legitimate and well-intended contribution to democracy; and identify for us those whose criticisms shall be seen as a threat simply because of their backgrounds.

That's the problem with Islam. Submit to their way or nothing else. Sooner or later Muslims all over will learn that the same God that made them made Christians, pagans, deists and atheists. Characterwise, Muslims are equally flawed. There are Muslims who fornicate, steal, kill etc.
Porn babes be distracting me. Dudes be stealing me stuff. I'm all about the cash from now. I'm not playing Jesus anymore.
