Atheism is God's ultimate way of hiding from itself. To totally forget who it is for a while. It's a game of hide and seek. It is the cosmic game.

How absolutely self-contradictory that statement is.

A being such as you describe would have no need to forget itself, being the totality of the universe. You ascribe a very limited, human characteristic to something that is far from human.

Do you take "God" to mean the collective and universal consciousness which we all share a connection to?

I am happy for you that you are confident in your beliefs, but Christianity isn't for me. I want the truth, not a fairy tale.

I don't see why not. Wouldn't you get bored with yourself if you were the only one who existed? I think I'd want someone else around to talk to.

Oh I'd definitely get bored. But a god is supposed to have powers above and beyond mine. If a god found himself in an undesirable emotional state, couldn't he simply change that state through force of will?

I think if you're eternal you're necessarily timeless. Something eternal or infinite can't progress through time because infinity + 1 = infinity.

Finite time can exist within infinity. All you need to do is set a framework with limits.

You can make a case if you desire, but I have looked at nearly every prophesy in the bible and all of them fall under a few categories:

1. The prophesy was eventually fulfilled by chance after hundreds of years.
2. The prophesy was fulfilled by human control or bent to be fulfilled.
3. The prophesy was fulfilled "because the bible says so".
4. Remained unfulfilled.

The Bible says a new god would arise and rule vast masses. One has come on the scene and after the Bible.

This belief will have a great prophet. Islam has a great prophet.

This group will bow towards an image. Islam bows towards the Kaaba cube containg the black stone.

This god will have a murdering identity. Allah has a murdering identity and the Quran cmmands to kill unbelievers.

This group will behead Christians. Islamists do and often as of late.

Israel will exist. It does.

Egypt can never reign over another nation. It hasn't.

Xi chi sigma or 666 will be the number of the name of this "god". Xi chi sigma, a number in the Greek it was written in matches "in the name of Allah" in Arabic.

And not yet fulfilled but getting dangerously close in Syria, the battle of Armageddon will be the final battle. The greatest conflict in modern times is brewing right next to Armageddon. Saudi Arabia and Allies have emassed 350,000 troops near Syria. Turkey threatens invasion. Russia threatens invaders. The U.S. and Russia are on opposite sides of the aisle. Russia is Magog mentioned in Revelation. We know where Magog is. We are told where it is. North Korea threatens nucleur war against the U.S. Iran threatens to wipe Israel off the map. Israel threatens bombing of Iran if Iran enters Syria. France bombed Syria. Israel dropped bombs in Syria. The U.S. dropped bombs in Syria. Russia dropped bombs in Syria. ISIS controls much of Syria. And here they are, right next to the valley of Armageddon.

Nope. Nothing to see here folks.

How absolutely self-contradictory that statement is.

How so?

A being such as you describe would have no need to forget itself, being the totality of the universe. You ascribe a very limited, human characteristic to something that is far from human.

I think if you're eternal you're necessarily timeless. Something eternal or infinite can't progress through time because infinity + 1 = infinity.

Atheism is God's ultimate way of hiding from itself. To totally forget who it is for a while. It's a game of hide and seek. It is the cosmic game.

He gave us the prophecies, and they are beingfulfilled. You just need to look.

I am happy for you that you are confident in your beliefs, but Christianity isn't for me. I want the truth, not a fairy tale.

What if it's not a fairytale? I can make a serious case that it's not if you're ever interested.

Where in the bible?

This belief will have a great prophet. Islam has a great prophet.

Utterly irrelevant. You you Islamic or Christian? I'm talking about Christianity.

This group will bow towards an image. Islam bows towards the Kaaba cube containg the black stone.

Again, you haven't shown me where in the bible it says any of this.

This god will have a murdering identity. Allah has a murdering identity and the Quran cmmands to kill unbelievers.

So does Judaism, and so did Christianity.

This group will behead Christians. Islamists do and often as of late.

Show me where it says this would happen in the bible.

Israel will exist. It does.

Barely.

Egypt can never reign over another nation. It hasn't.

K

Xi chi sigma or 666 will be the number of the name of this "god". Xi chi sigma, a number in the Greek it was written in matches "in the name of Allah" in Arabic.

I don't quite understand the connection here.

Again, give me specific scriptures. And I don't accept symbolism prophesy as they are completely arbitrary.

Nope. Nothing to see here folks.

Correct.

Atheism means differently in different societies .
But the most agreed part is Disbelief in Creator God .

Now some Atheists are ultra Materialists Who believe in ; " Eat , Sleep and Enjoy "

Then there are Atheists , who question , argue and debate things practically , logically and analytically . They study the World around us and try to make sense of things . This is the best approach . They believe in the observable world .

Atheism is a Philosophy . Its a path to understand the things on our own rather than relying on what has been written in the books by others .

I like to call Atheism , The path that leads to the study of How God Operates .

Sorry, that is not atheism, it is not a knowledge or a way of life or anything else other than a rejection of theological claims. It does not supplant theological claims with any philosophy or path.

I don't understand why you believers can't get this concept through your heads?

Yes, you still don't understand atheism. Do some research.
