The Bible in graphic novel form

Ok, so I know enough about Christianity that I would call myself "moderately informed". I know about Jesus and all his pals. I know about the rituals and the commandments.
However, I've never actually read the whole Bible. Or the Qu'ran. Or the Torah or any book on Buddhism, Hinduism or Taoism. I've read quite a lot about Greek Mythology though, if that counts.
I don't particular care for these Holy books in the form they are in. Everytime I've opened a Bible all I can think is "Damn, that writing is small" at which point I immediately shut it and go back to fragging newbs.

I AM going somewhere with this...

Why not get a DC/Marvel to write and illustrate a Biblical graphic novel?
Does such a thing already exist?

lol. Now they just need to make the Qur'an like that. Too bad Muslims would probably go berserk over it though.

Who would read it then? Not young opr---muslim children, thats for sure.
