The End of Days

(2 Timothy 3:2)
People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy,

(2 Timothy 3:3)
without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good,

(2 Timothy 3:4)
treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God--

(2 Timothy 3:5)
having a form of godliness but denying its power.

*

Sign of the end? The mockers arrive..

(2 Peter 3:3)
Above all, you must understand that in the last days mockers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires.

*

Scoffers are an abomination-

The devising of folly is sin, and the scoffer is an abomination to mankind.
(Proverbs 24:9)

F*ck you bronto, you mock, your religious beliefs arn't beyond mockery.

This kind of sh*t pisses me off, along with such lines as the fool has said in his heart there is no God (my God not the others guys God) it just more religious bullsh*t to immunize it's self from scrutiny.

It's what I call the f*ck argument, reason and evidence, it's the believe as I do and if you don't your just being evil.

That is classic indoctrination bullsh*t right there bronto, wake the f*ck up.

Call it whatever your like, atheists and the like scoff at religion because it is all baloney.

To further emphasise my point, you took to the bible to prove a point to atheists (or at least that is what I assume your target audience is).

And yet, Bronto, you can do absolutely nothing about it other than bend over and take it, and witness the "end days" of Christianity.

The devising of folly is sin, and the scoffer is an abomination to mankind.

The end timers are very sad people! No doubt in another 2000 years they will still be spouting their garbage if Christianity is a still practised!

So few of the end timers renounce all their worldly goods.

Lol, that describes the times immediately after Jesus' death, and every century since. Obviously, this prediction utterly fails.

So, the proof that you are right is the fact that the "scoffers" think you are wrong?

Does that mean that if everyone else thought you were right, you would assume that you're wrong?

Genghis Khan? Vlad Dracul? Ivan the Terrible? Maybe Robespierre or Leopold II or basically any Roman Emperor. Aren't all these traits common among aristocracy and nobility of eras past? The list goes on and on. People have been horrible forever. I've heard many people say that Pontius Pilate is the worst man to ever exist, and he lived two millennia ago.

I don't know what this means.

Well, the scoffers had always been there, just in small numbers because the church didn't allow them to speak. And even then, there were plenty of scoffers in the 19th century and maybe even before.

According to your own parameters, the end times should've been centuries ago.

Scoffers are an abomination-

The devising of folly is sin, and the scoffer is an abomination to mankind.
(Proverbs 24:9)

So... we have had many years of mockers and will continue to have them. Isn't that kinda cheating? I mean, i can say - "due tot this man's evil ways he will get locked up in prison" - It's kinda obvious i am right... though, same consequence. It may or may not happen. That would mean for the evil man it would be luck on the miracle level (let's say he is a clumsy crook). So... can i conclude if he doesn't get caught it is a miracle from god? Back to yours... can i say bc there are mockers, there will be an end times? Or is it better to say, there are mockers, god already knows about them, and is patiently waiting until we figure it out. Last scenario doesn't need a god to intervene or exist... it just needs us to figure things out. We are in the image of something powerful no? We should be able to handle ourselves.
