That's a hole different subject.

It's not a question for a Atheist.

Speak or communicate?

I think some variety of insect would have been the first to make use of some kind of auditory expulsion. Whatever it said, were I to take a guess revolved around the hierarchy of needs or predatory evasion.
Here we have an advocate for Islamic arranged marriages demonstrating that children can consent to sex.

Why would you expect "a lack of belief in gods, or disbelief in gods" to have an answer to what can only be a rhetorical question?

Who exactly claims there is no creator?

Nature is a creator.
Life is a creator.
Humans are creators.
If you count all the humans who have ever created something you have many creators.
People who lack a belief in gods do not claim there is no creator. They claim all gods are mythical and no gods are creators. Humans are the creators of gods. Gods are not the creators of humans.

As other members have pointed out, that's a question for biology; it's irrelevant to the rejection of some or all theologies. However, we know that language -- for example, structured vocalisations and motions for communication -- appear all through species. Some species can also learn human signing.

Chimps for example, can use human signing to express a range of shared concepts. They can also learn human sign-language from their chimp mothers. (Please see top right.)

Moreover, some gorillas have also learned. (Please see right, below.)

There is no "first" when it comes to creatures since baby creatures come from adult creatures which were also once baby creatures which also came from adult creatures. That fact produces a paradox due to infinite regress.

Existence is a paradox. When you understand and accept the paradox, there is no more confusion over what came first due to understanding there is no "first" in an infinite regression.

As usual, your question has no relevance to non-belief in god(s).

Sure it does. You believe in darwinian evolution as a validity for lack of belief, so explain it happened to us.

Human speech came in a saltation 50,000 years ago. There was no protospeech leading up to it. Religion started at this time as well.

So 50,000 years ago there were intelligent, speaking humans, but no one could or did build anything for another 40,000-45,000 years ago...
