I don't know why you are copying the other user and repeating his question, but again... who says atheism is defined this way? You have provided facts, for now, people die... but, i am not afraid of any of this, as an atheist, i have an afterlife belief. Who knows if i am right, but it is "hopeful" and to me, much more logical than any afterlife i have heard from our current top religions.

We all die - that's reality. Beyond that, people have many differing believes about some afterlife or continued existence. This is not exclusive to theists; atheists can believe in spirituality, additional planes of existence, reincarnation, or what have you. None of these concepts are inherently dependent on a central god.
