Yes, but it is when the apostles see the nail wounds/scars AFTER Jesus' crucifiction and subsequent resurrection. Gospel of John references this.

I'm asking :
Do the gospels record Jesus being nailed to the cross?

Secret Mark claims Jesus was screwed too in his private chamber, He was found naked man with naked man.

There is not even a biblical claim that Jesus was nailed to a cross but "John" brought it up as evidence of a prophesy fulfilled even though there was no mention of it.
It is, like so many other claims, an attempt to fulfill a non existent prophesy in the OT.

Matthew, Mark, Luke and John are not the Gospel. If you read them and believe everything that's written in them, you will be totally deceived of what really happened to God's saints who were killed by the religious heathens for blaspheming their god of Abraham and the other imaginary gods within their minds that they get from reading the biblical scriptures.

The Gospel is the voice of God that reveals the knowledge to us saints about his plan for the future and how he created us and our experiences along with some knowledge about the past but the voice of God has never given me any knowledge about how the other saints and prophets were killed other than what the prophecies indicated.

Revelation 18
24: And in her was found the blood of prophets and of saints, and of all who have been slain on earth."

Revelation 20
4: Then I saw thrones, and seated on them were those to whom judgment was committed. Also I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their testimony to Jesus and for the word of God, and who had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life, and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

Psalm 79.
1. O God, the heathen have come into thy inheritance; they have defiled they holy temple; they have laid Jerusalem in ruins.
2. They have given the bodies of thy servants to the birds of the air for food, the flesh of thy saints to the beasts of the earth.
3. They have poured out their blood like water round about Jerusalem, and there was none to bury them.
4. We have become a taunt to our neighbors, mocked and derided by those round us.

Psalm 116
16. Precious in the sight of thy Lord is the death of his saints.

Answer the question.
Of course if you were honest you would answer that there is no mention in the gospels of Jesus being nailed to the cross.
Is that the truth?

Well, he was a carpenter was he not. Not a very good one as it seems since it looks like he missed big time at least three times.

I understand full well that godbotherers cannot abide the truth, but I don't care.
Here is the fact.
In none of the four gospel accounts of Jesus' crucifixion is there any mention of nailing Jesus to the cross, never any mention at all.
There is no way at all that a nail hammered through a human hand could hold a body on a crucifix for more than a few minutes.
What is it about you people that makes you so stupid?

Did you notice that the non witnesses to the crucifixion never mentioned that something that was not normal in a crucifixion was used? Especially when they were specifically reporting on the crucifixion of Jesus?
Damn, nobody uses nails, crucifixion is designed to last for days for the victim.

actually it depends on what translation you read...

but being shown the nail holes is quite conclusive.. unless you are claiming he self harmed after the crucifixion....

I'm not claiming anything.
Christians are claiming that Jesus was nailed to a cross and yet none of the four "alleged" accounts of that event ever mentioned him being NAILED to a cross.
I just want to know who it is that claims this Jesus was nailed to a cross?

it seems very understandable that you would consider that an after thought by someone called John is your evidence that ALL of the GOSPEL accounts of the crucifixion never mention Jesus' hands and feet being nailed to the cross, especially when it it is so important as a fulfillment of a non existent prophesy.

WHY is there no mention of NAILING to the cross, considering how important it is to you softies?

So you can't present any mention? Don't concern yourself, nobody can.
It's fun for me.
yes i can but it seems funny how you think there is no mention when the nail marks were clearly mentioned... i'm not sure how else they could have got there...

it seems very understandable that you would consider that an after thought by someone called John is your evidence that ALL of the GOSPEL accounts of the crucifixion never mention Jesus' hands and feet being nailed to the cross, especially when it it is so important as a fulfillment of a non existent prophesy.

WHY is there no mention of NAILING to the cross, considering how important it is to you softies?

19 Pilate gave orders for Jesus to be beaten with a whip. 2 The soldiers made a crown out of thorn branches and put it on Jesus. Then they put a purple robe on him. 3 They came up to him and said, "Hey, you king of the Jews!" They also hit him with their fists.

4 Once again Pilate went out. This time he said, "I will have Jesus brought out to you again. Then you can see for yourselves that I have not found him guilty."

5 Jesus came out, wearing the crown of thorns and the purple robe. Pilate said, "Here is the man!"[a]

6 When the chief priests and the temple police saw him, they yelled, "Nail him to a cross! Nail him to a cross!"

Pilate told them, "You take him and nail him to a cross! I don"t find him guilty of anything."

7 The crowd replied, "He claimed to be the Son of God! Our Jewish Law says that he must be put to death."

but of course history knows the romans did nail people too crosses and we also know that Jesus showed the nail marks, just how much proof do you need....
