I never understood the story of Noah's Ark. How can 3-30 million species fit onto the Ark?

I think the main problem with Noah"s Ark is they give the dimensions. Any engineer will tell you that even using todays technology using pressure treated wood, it is still impossible to build a vessel that size made strictly out of wood; without steel reinforcements and still float because wood is too flexible.
Then there is the issue of how did the fresh water separate itself from the salt water after the water rescinded, or how did all those Kangaroos or Kola Bears get from Asia (where the Ark landed) to Australia without leaving a trail.
IMO There are too many holes in the story of Noah"s Ark to be taken seriously

Maybe it can float. Let's test this theory a building a replica of the Ark, then drop into water.
