They still haven't isolated it yet. They only recently mapped out the entire human genome. It's going to take some time.

you think there is one?:

Yes. If a person can be born with both male genitals and female breasts, I'm supremely confident that homosexuality is genetic.

Whenever theists try an explain away homosexuality as something that was nurtured, have them explain transgendered people as having been the product of nurture and not nature.

Yes, Xq28 back in 91', some years latter they found out it was BullSpit.

They're still looking... still, lol.

They did find a gene that made female mice hump other females however it gave other 'male' characteristics - it made them mentally male which in itself isn't homosexuality.

Men are female like in the womb, irregular or immunity to some hormones does that, it's not genetic. Homosexuality effects the mind, not aesthetic appearance, if anything its chances of being genetic are less tat what you described(which isn't even genetic in itself).

Whenever theists try an explain away homosexuality as something that was nurtured, have them explain transgendered people as having been the product of nurture and not nature.
Transgenderism is not genetic fcuk people, it's nature but not genetic. It's the mothers 'fault'(Her womb). Transexuality on the other hand... lol.

Its not. You know how confused I was when I figured it out? I was about 6, and had never heard of anything like it before.
Start of me wanting to die, amongst other things, like cutting all my hair off so I could be more like the guy I must be.
Course when I was about 10 I learned about gays, and around 13 I learned about trannies, and realized the latter wasn't so much who I am.
Still say it sucks to be female tho.

Yeah, right...

Homosexuality was only cleared of the list because of Government Pressure. It reason given was - lack of evidence, I'm sorry but most of psychology in inductive, it was the biggest double standard I've ever saw, and the biggest I have yet to see. The opposition to nurture, the nature side has worse evidence than nurture! In the UK at least people accept the view that the judicial pro liberal movement was started because of mass multimillion blackmail scandals, lesbian feminism and latter on, AIDS. It's taken over 40 years to 'teach' society that they're healthy and normal longer than it has to convinced people of the benefits of multiculturalism, women's sufferage, contraception or propaganda for privatisation and still many people disagree. fcukin' governments.

...then again, most of the world does still argee.

I honestly have mixed feelings in the nature vs. nurture argument since I had a friend who thought she was lesbian for awhile from hanging out with a friend who was lesbian. Awhile later she realized she wasn't lesbian.
