I would assume not. Nukes these days have extremely secure locks on them. If a terrorist stole one, he probably wouldn't be able to make it explode except with a huge team of hackers.

No.... well, under the right circumstances it's not beyond the realm of possibility, though still highly improbable. But, earthquakes may cause tension which jeopardizes the integrity of the containers which contain radioactive material.
