I postulate we are the products of an inept PhD Student living in a higher dimension.

Their PhD project's aim is to produce intelligent life that will look like him, 'In their own image', so to speak. And also to make that life aware of their creator's existence.

Unfortunately, he is the epitome of stupid.

Observation: We see a lot of imperfection in the 'design' of life and the universe
Hypothesis: The creator was enormously incompetent and lazy. Perhaps it was intoxicated when he proceeded with it's work.
Predictions: We expect to see abundant evidence of:

-A creator who does very little work i.e. laziness
-Capriciousness
-Mistakes
-
-All the signs of a creator who didn't know what it was doing

Evidence for Laziness:
1.) It needed an entire 13.7 billion years to get the job done
2.) It used the most common elements it could find, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Carbon, Nitrogen - not bothering to check the exotic and rich chemistry of the late transition metals (palladium, platinum) etc.
3.) Makes no verifiable attempt at appearing to intelligent literate parts of the globe in the age of science
4.) Has left the solar system a shooting gallery for asteroids and comets that will inevitably wipe out complex life.... again. Even after intelligent reasoning beings have arisen
5.) Clearly makes no effort to make any adjustments of tweeks to the genetic code of the descending species. Leaving large wasteful non-coding regions in the DNA which also include endogenous DNA infections, telomere fusion sequences in the 2nd chromosome, and a whole host of genetic defects that inevitability lead to heritable diseases such as sickle cell anemia, cystic fibrosis, etc.

Capriciousness:
1.) Wasted an estimated 10^24 stars & planets in order to get the one it wanted to do it's experiment
2.) Picked an average main sequence star with an average lifetime of just 10 billion years, when it could have easily picked a dimmer one with a massively extended lifespan (red dwarfs)
3.) Churned through at least 16 million plant and animal species to get the one it wanted
4.) Made just 0.0003% of the solar system habitable
5.)

Mistakes & Acts of Sheer Stupidity
1.) Supermassive black holes may have played a critical role in the formation of galaxies, but the millions of useless smaller black holes currently flying around our galaxy are useless disposal bins that pose a constant hazard for life. Wtf was it thinking?
2.) Was it confused when it made the tortoises & whales? Makes marine life become terrestrial, and in the case of whales & turtles decided they should become marine again, and in the case of tortoises, from marine to terrestrial to marine and now terrestrial again.
3.) Clearly could not get life right the first time, and therefore needed at least 6 mass extinction events to start over.
4.) Left the universe on a knife-edge. With small changes in the laws leading to guarenteed oblivion. How stupid must it have been to do this?! Why couldn't it have put it on a more steady set of natural laws
5.) And of course the examples of stupid biological design in humans, wtf was it thinking when it made the pelvic bone the birth canal for a species with a an especially large head?! Or when it decided to use the same hole for air circulation and injection.

Falsifiability:

Find just one example of anything perfectly designed in nature. Anything.
Have the creator appear and take an IQ test

Conclusion:
In light of this overwhelming evidence, I move we berate our creator for his ineptitude and stupidity, and ask he never attempt another life-creating project again

Not to mention it couldn't even make your mind perfect enough to not make mistakes even in this otherwise rather nice and accurate reflection.

It is rather funny and odd that it, in its supposed omni-everything good and positive, is incapable of coming up with a final version of creation. The one that is unmistakenly unimprovable and just absolutely perfect.

How about from now on we all instead of ID use UD (or UID?)?

This is precisely the kind of exercise in inanity that gets an unmerited attention.
Porn babes be distracting me. Dudes be stealing me stuff. I'm all about the cash from now. I'm not playing Jesus anymore.

How so? This is a comprehensive, testable, predictive 'scientific' theory that has significant empirical evidence for it's truth.

I move we get this into school classrooms at earliest notice

You forgot to mention the worst thing of all times. He condoned adultery and 800 year lives for early humans then forbade adultery and cut us down to 75 years or so. I guess it could be worse. Making us marry only one person for 800 years would be pure torture.

Clearly the only explanation is some inept college student just being a J.A. to us.

Not to mention there are abundant examples of completely contradictory hear-say testimonies of it's nature, character which have led to just as many wrong accounts of how it actually created them. 100,000 of them as a rough estimate.

How bad of a failure can one get?

This is what i dont understand though.

Humans are inperfect because of Sin.(according to your paradigm)

So why are animals not perfect? Did God make them imperfect from the get go? Were animals dying and suffering from disease, even in the garden of eden, before Man sinned?
